Woonzorg Flevoland
For Woonzorg Flevoland, we implemented a digital reception that does exactly what it should: guiding visitors in a friendly, simple and efficient way.
What makes this project unique is the seamless integration with Nedap Ons®, widely used within the Dutch healthcare sector.
Visitors simply enter the name of the resident they are visiting, and the system immediately displays clear directions.
Care staff no longer need to manually guide visitors, giving them more time for their primary care tasks, while guests still receive quick and accurate assistance.
TE Connectivity
For TE Connectivity, we developed a customised digital reception to ensure a fast and professional welcome for every visitor.
Guests can register via QR code, PIN code or manually. Invited visitors receive a badge to access specific doors — and if a badge is not returned, the system notifies the administrator so it can be blocked.
Visitors can also search for their contact person and call them directly from a secure internal directory, without exposing personal phone numbers. For delivery drivers, the system automatically notifies the correct contact person about their arrival.
A dedicated button allows visitors to contact reception directly whenever they need extra support.

Our customer Hydro understands this like no other. As a leading company in the production and processing of aluminum and renewable energy, they were looking for an innovative reception solution that would perfectly match their brand identity.
By fully custom-designing their kiosk, we created a distinctive aluminium-based reception point that not only improves visitor flow but also serves as an eye-catching design statement.
Spie
SPIE, an international company specializing in multi-technical services, emphasizes innovation, security and energy efficiency.
We installed three digital reception kiosks in strategic locations, ensuring that every visitor is registered and recoded in the system.
When the visitor is registered, the host is immediately notified via email, SMS, or phone call.
If the visitor was invited in advance through the Outlook integration, they can open the door independently after checking in, thanks to Paxton integration we implemented.
Thanks to the integration with Outlook, SPIE can see clearly who is present in the building, whether visitors or employees.
